“A Microsoft Partner Delivering Value by Design”

Microsoft plays an important role on CounterCrisis Tech’s IC4W software development team by supporting the optimization of our product roadmap.

Because the IC4W emergency management SaaS application is based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the product integrates readily with other Microsoft applications such as Office 365, SharePoint, Bing Maps, Power Apps, and Azure – applications that are commonly used by emergency management and public safety organizations globally.

To meet the evolving needs of customers, we are deepening the integration of IC4W within the Microsoft stack to include Teams, Power BI, and AI as part of our overall product roadmap. This will be accomplished by working closely with Microsoft experts who will be providing the CounterCrisis Tech team with ongoing insights into integration optimization, security posture, license usage, cost savings, and cloud readiness.

Microsoft is proving to be a valuable partner in delivering value designed to enable better outcomes for emergency management and public safety organizations tasked with responding to an increasing number and variety of catastrophic events.

Optimizing Incident Management Outcomes with IC4W

In North America, we are experiencing an increase in the frequency and severity of emergencies, such as floods and wildfires, while being challenged by an ever-increasing number of incident types like prolonged public demonstrations and cyber security events.

When major emergencies or critical incidents impact our communities, infrastructure, and sensitive environments, emergency response operations become more complex, and interoperability becomes a significant issue because of the need for multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional coordination.

Incident Command System (ICS) is designed to support complex emergency operations but, ultimately, interoperability – sometimes referred to as the “wicked problem” – relies on the ability to share accurate information in a timely manner for effective decision-making and reporting purposes.

In our digital age, interoperability and efficient information management are inseparable and can only be accomplished optimally by implementing a software solution that supports ICS as well as the sharing of information among those organizations and jurisdictions with an emergency management role.

IC4W, a SaaS incident management solution, addresses all the issues outlined above at an affordable price.

In a nutshell, IC4W does the following:

  • Addresses all incident types
  • Enables efficient information management, communications, and reporting
  • Supports ICS
  • Enables multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional interoperability
  • Integrates with…
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Microsoft Office 365
    • SharePoint
    • Teams
    • Bing Maps
    • ESRI ArcGIS
    • TAK (Team Awareness Kit)

Implementing IC4W from CounterCrisis Tech will enable emergency managers and incident commanders to achieve optimal incident management outcomes.
