CounterCrisis Tech is pleased to announce it has been granted the right to market the Community Lifeline Status System (CLSS) and to license CLSS to customers in Canada.
The Community Lifeline Status System (CLSS) is an advanced, data-driven emergency management platform that was developed with funding from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. CLSS provides real-time assessment and reporting capabilities for critical infrastructure and essential services during disaster response and recovery operations.
Importantly, CLSS integrates seamlessly with CounterCrisis Tech’s IC4W emergency management SaaS solution, which unifies response operations through a real-time common operating picture (COP) by providing actionable information, resource tracking and inter-agency coordination. IC4W elevates situational awareness and enables emergency managers, incident commanders, and first responders to act decisively and effectively.
Together, as a seamless integrated technology solution, the dynamic duo of CLSS and IC4W offers a new powerful, unified capability for planning, monitoring, and reporting on community lifeline resilience while enhancing operational coordination, real-time situational awareness and resource tracking during complex emergency response operations.
The integrated CLSS and IC4W capability represents the first-of-its-kind, end-to-end world-class emergency preparedness and response technology solution.
Community Lifelines are the most fundamental services in a community that, when stabilized, enable all other aspects of society to function. These represent the integrated network of assets, services, and capabilities that provide essential services used day-to-day to support recurring community needs and enable critical functions during normal operations and disaster response.
When lifelines are disrupted by disaster events, decisive intervention is required to stabilize the incident and restore services. The lifeline framework helps emergency managers understand interdependencies, conduct root cause analysis, prioritize response efforts, and communicate impacts using plain language that resonates across all sectors of the community.
